Tiring trip, and no understatement. Our flight from Toronto was delayed over an
hour, with snow and de-icing required.
We arrived in Montreal 15 mins before scheduled departure to Brussels,
but the jetbridge was frozen, and it was almost ½ hour before we could
deplane. Luckily, the connecting flight
was delayed, but we ended up having very little time to stretch and regroup
between any of the legs. Alicia did a
better job of sleeping on the plane than I, so we were glad of the short ride
from the airport to BKU and settled well for the night.

Today we awaken to an inspiring church service at
BKU.
Pastor Wilson and Victoria devote their time on Sundays to hold services at the compound. Love the music and the children’s
singing.

Victoria is a wonderful host – very warm and welcoming, and
the children are simply delightful.
We
briefly meet Fiona, a pharmacist from Belfast who stayed a couple of days before
us as part of her month-long tour in Uganda.
